Our regenerative desiccant dryers, widely used in industrial applications, use a specialized desiccant material to remove moisture from the air. The **AirID Series heatless desiccant dryers** are designed to minimize energy consumption and process waste while delivering ultra-low dew points. By using just 6-8% of dried air to regenerate the desiccant, they provide maximum efficiency with an intuitive, user-friendly interface.

• How Does It Work?

The dryer operates by allowing air to flow upward through the open inlet valve into a tower filled with desiccant material, which captures and holds water vapor to significantly lower the dew point. A portion of the dry air is then redirected to regenerate the desiccant in the alternate tower, where moisture is absorbed and expelled through the purge exhaust valve. This process repeats continuously, ensuring a steady supply of super dry air.
