Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and deliver your orders promptly. Delivery times depend on the type of item purchased:
– Products in Stock: Delivered within 7-14 business days.
– In-Stock Freight Items: Delivered within 7-20 business days.
– Special Order or Out-of-Stock Items: Delivered within 6-12 weeks.
Note: While we do our best to meet these timeframes, unforeseen issues such as carrier delays or supply chain disruptions may cause additional delays. We will keep you updated should any significant delays occur.

Order Policy
Please double-check your order before submitting it, as all sales are final once the order is placed. Refunds cannot be processed after purchase.

Warranty Work
If your machine requires warranty service, please contact us at Support@GreenIceBlasting.com. An authorized technician will guide you through the process.

Repair & Return Authorization
To send in a product for repair, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing Support@GreenIceBlasting.com.
– Important: Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
1. Contact us at Support@GreenIceBlasting.com within 24 hours of delivery with pictures.
2. File a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
3. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us for assistance.

– Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping, which is non-refundable.
– If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
